CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION TERMS
In case of cancellation, DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR) will receive certain percentages from the customer over the total cost of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the measures and expenses related to the trip. These amounts are determined as follows.
Cancellation conditions;
a - There is absolutely no refund of the 35% deposit collected by us for the villa rental process.b - If the villa rental process is up to 30 days before the date of entry to the villa, 35% of the villa rental price must be paid.c - If the villa rental process occurs between the date of entry to the villa and 29 days before, 100% of the villa rental fee will be charged.d - In case of cancellation of the rental process by DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR) for any reason. This notification will be made by us as soon as possible. At the same time, if there is another villa with the same features available for the same period in our portfolio, it will be offered to our guest. In cases of force majeure (earthquake, flood, disaster, etc.), the entire payment received will be returned to the guest.e - If you do not come to the villa specified after the rental transaction you have made through DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR), no refund will be made in case you leave early.f - If there is a special cancellation policy for some Villa / Cottage / Yacht / Caravan and Boutique Hotel in our portfolio, it is definitely stated in the information section of the villa.g - In the refund transactions to be requested by you, notifications made in writing by e-mail or registered mail will be taken as basis and will be deemed valid from the moment they reach us.h - If the tenant does not make the remaining payment on time after the deposit payment, DOMBRA TOUR TOUR (OVA TOUR) reserves the right to rent the specified villa to other persons.k - After receipt of payment, DOMBRA TOUR TOUR (OVA TOUR) has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 1 (one) day. In these cases, the refund will be made to the customer account or credit card within 1 (one) day. For any reason, in case of unilateral cancellation of the villa/apart reservation by DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR), this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apart available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.
DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR) is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from cancelled reservations by DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR). DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR) is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for all kinds of details such as flight tickets, bus tickets, rented cars, boats, transfer services, etc., as well as hotel and pension accommodation fees, etc., all kinds of details that the customer has paid, burning of permits obtained from private companies or the state, etc. DOMBRA TOUR TURIZM (OVA TOUR) is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for all details. The customer who rents the Villa / Apartment / Yacht / Caravan and Boutique Hotel agrees to take this into consideration.
Right of Withdrawal;
Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in contracts for accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a specific date or period.
Damage Deposit
Depending on the characteristics of each villa/summer house/caravan, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the tenant. This deposit amount will be written on the confirmation document sent to the tenant during the booking process. The damage deposit will be collected from the tenant in cash on the day of entry to the villa / summerhouse and will be returned in cash if there is no damage, deficiency, etc. in the villa / summerhouse and caravan and the fixtures of the villa / summerhouse delivered intact in the control to be made before the tenant leaves the villa / summerhouse. If the tenant wants to leave the villa / summer house at an earlier time than specified in the contract or if the villa / summer house exit control cannot be carried out due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the tenant. If the damage to the villa / summer house exceeds the deposit received, the tenant will be asked to pay this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
